In addition to traditional equipment servicing, we now offer comprehensive computer and network management services. To minimize your downtime, we keep a robust inventory of common parts and supplies for our most popular equipment. If we don’t have it in stock, we can typically get it within a week.

We are an authorized service center for Canon and Brother, and a certified Microsoft Partner. Our service technicians undergo continuous training to stay ahead of new technologies and equipment, allowing us to offer the most effective solutions available.

We proudly serve the greater Knoxville and surrounding area.

We provide both hourly-based services and Service Maintenance Contracts for on-site and remote support. Whether it’s office equipment or document application needs, our expert team is ready to troubleshoot and resolve your issues quickly. If necessary, we’ll dispatch a qualified field engineer for on-site resolution.
